To use sustainable practices and products that are environmentally friendly, in all services provided, with the end goal of reducing the amount of chemicals, and particulate contaminates that clients are exposed to in their environment for a cleaner, healthier life and environment.
The success of our Green program for clients is based on the implementation of the following steps:
- Promoting green goals to occupants
- Incorporating Certified Green Cleaning Chemicals
- Incorporating Certified Green Products
- Incorporating Green Cleaning Practices
- Using certified Green equipment
- Training in use of Green Cleaning chemicals, products, and certified equipment
- Feedback Plan: Communication between management, building occupants & custodial staff
To only purchase products and equipment that will not harm the environment and when possible is derived from natural sources, from environmentally friendly cleaning suppliers.
Cleaning equipment will be certified energy efficient and use the least amount of energy when possible, with the goal of using only equipment with an energy star rating when possible.
Continued Improvement
Greenhill Building Maintenance will continue to evaluate new environmentally friendly products as they are introduced to the market. We understand that the cleaning industry frequently makes advances in technology and plan to incorporate these advances in our services as they become available.
